     He began to understand the human body more than a surgeon while working in the operation theater, so the senior surgeon assigned him the responsibility of teaching the junior surgeon. He started teaching the techniques of operation to the junior engineer. He slowly became the most important personality of the university. He was ignorant of the terms of medical science but he was a better surgeon than the greatest surgeon in the world.

     In 1970, when he was 3 months old, the year he began researching the liver, he discovered an AC artery in the liver during an operation that facilitated liver transplantation... This sign of his surprised the great minds of medical science, today when a person has a liver operation in any corner of the world and the patient opens his eyes and sees the light. The reward for the successful operation went directly to Hamilton. is, "His friend is Hamilton." Hamilton achieved this position with sincerity and perseverance. He was associated with the University of Cape Town for 50 years. He used to leave home at 3 o'clock in the night, walk 14 miles to reach the university and enter the theater at exactly 1 o'clock. People used to fix their watches from his hospitality, in these fifty years he never asked for a salary increase, and he never reduced the length of the car and the comfort. No doubt, then, such a time in his life.
